Don’t we all feel lost sometimes? So many of the creatives I work with as a creative coach come to me feeling lost. Unsure of where to go next, what steps to take first, what they truly want and overwhelmed by all the possibilities. So I thought it was about time we talked about this feeling - why do we feel lost? Where does it come from, and what can we do to find our paths again?
In this video, I share three common reasons for feeling lost in your creative life, and what we can do to deal with them. I also share when I’ve felt lost in my creative path and how being lost is something I’ve become comfortable with and actually quite enjoy.

It’s that time again! A new season is arriving and for us who plan seasonally, it’s time to sit down and choose what we’re going to focus on. I love to plan my creative work and my projects in harmony with the seasons. It creates a clear focus instead of being overwhelmed by all the ideas and to dos, and it feels wonderful to embrace the seasons in my creativity as well.
